Processing of Personal Data

According to Article 57 of Regulation of the protection of personal data 2003, the Company is committed to handling and protecting the personal data it receives in the following manner.
Definition of personal data
The term “personal data”, as used in these rules and regulations, means information relating to an individual, such as name, nationality, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, family structure, occupation, place of work, etc., by which a specific individual can be identified.
Collection and use of data
The company collects and uses personal data in the following manners:

To send materials and to contact.

For the work proper of an educational institution (admission and selection, course attendance and evaluation, contact with graduates, etc.).

Respond to various inquiries.
Provision of data to third parties
The company will not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

When obtaining the consent of the individual student or parent/tutor.

When required by law.

When there is an imminent danger to the life or body of a person and there is an urgent need to do so.

When it is deemed necessary to inform the immigration authorities or parents about the student's attendance, the student's grades, etc.

For visa applications, homestay procedures, airport transfers, part-time job introductions, etc.
Management of data
The company will take all reasonable security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information provided, and will manage personal information appropriately to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Inquiry, rectification, or deletion of information content
If the company receives a request for a reference, correction, or deletion of personal information provided, the company will respect the wishes of the person concerned and take the necessary action within reasonable limits.
