1) If you wish to withdraw your admission or leave the school immediately after arriving in Japan: Please submit a request using the designated school documents. The refund process will begin once the required documents have been received. All refunds will be made via bank transfer.
          i) Cancellation before the start of classes: The total amount of tuition fees, textbook/materials fees, facility maintenance fees, and international student insurance fees will be refunded.
          ii) Cancellation after the start of classes: Tuition fees, textbook/materials fees, facility maintenance fees, and international student insurance fees will not be refunded.

2) International student insurance is calculated on a monthly basis, and the applicable amount will be refunded. However, the refund will only be processed after the school receives reimbursement from the insurance company, so a few days may be required.

3) Bank transfer fees will be borne by the student.
