1) If the Certificate of Eligibility （COE） is not issued, the application fee (including the selection fee) will not be refunded, but other payments will be refunded.

2) If the visa is refused at the overseas public hall, the entrance fee, tuition fee, teaching material fee, equipment maintenance fee, and international student insurance fee will be refunded. However, you will need a certificate to the effect that your visa has been refused.

3) If you decline admission due to personal reasons before coming to Japan even though you have been issued a visa at a foreign public hall, the admission fee will be charged. Tuition fees, teaching materials fees, equipment maintenance fees, and international student insurance fees will be refunded. However, you will need a certificate to the effect that your visa has been revoked.

* Note The application fee (selection fee) is the sum of the examination fee, translation fee, and immigration application agency fee related to admission decision. Therefore, it is not eligible for refund.
